Islam religions had been adopted their doctrine from Christianity. Thus we can call Islam religions heresies. So any kind of teaching that relates to the bible, we can call it then the heretic teaching. In Islam, they designed Allah as God (that is Satan) has to bow down before the Allah God five times a day.

 

During the time there was a man called Muhammad (from AD-570 to AD-632) who was a Christian (At his time there had strongly the Arianism Christian background and we have to count the time, map and theological issue for this matter) at a time was taught by Syrian Christian. However this man was Arinistic christen who just believe on father God. And also believe that son Jesus was just a prophet not a God. Muhammad was born in Mecca, Saudi Arabia around 570 BC. He worked first as a shepherd and then as a merchant. He was not happy with the people around him because of superstitions and social and economic injustice. The people were worshipping many gods and had forgotten the message of Prophet Abraham to worship one God. Muhammad loved to pray and meditate in the mountains. On one of those occasions, in the year AD 610, when he was about 40 years old, one day when Mohammad prayed very hard to find the truth, hopping that he can meet the Father God in his prayer at his hometown Mecca in Saudi Arabia. During his prayer time according to Islam tradition he was encountered (meet by) Gabriel. Gabriel told him that Muhammad, you believe Jesus as prophet but not son of God. By the grace of God you would be a new prophet higher then Jesus. There for the massage you going to receive from God would be more informational and valuable and true then Jesus prophet. Now write down what I am going to teach you. So he wrote down Gabriel’s teaching. That is the Holy Quran. Holy Quran’s teaching is consisting of 70% of Old Testament story. But these stories that Muhammad wrote were not accurate. There has a lot of wrong and changing information on the Old Testament that recorded in Quran. Such as Genesis 22 is the story of Isaac sacrifice at Mount Moriah and Gabriel said that is Ismail.

 

Muhammad was the descendent of Abraham through Ismail. There has 12 son of Ismail and Mohammad was descendent of Ismail’s second son Kedar. So it justified that Mohammad was Abraham’s children, but the Gabriel wrongly or falsely changed, Isaac sacrifice to Ismail’s sacrifice. As a result later the Mount Moriah became their Holy Site.

 

History and Faith of Islam:

 

Islam is an Arabic word which means "surrender, submission, commitment and peace." Thus, Islam can be defined as a path to attain complete peace through voluntary submission to the divine will.

 

"Allah" is simply the Arabic word for God. He is the same universal God worshipped by people of all faiths. The word "Allah" is sometimes preferred over God because it is neither masculine nor feminine. Also, there is no plural for "Allah."

 

Muslims have six major beliefs:

·  Belief in one God (Allah)

·  Belief in the Angels

·  Belief in the holy books sent to all the prophets including Torah that was revealed to the prophet Moses, Bible that was revealed to the prophet Jesus, and Quran (Koran) that was revealed to the prophet Muhammad

·  Belief in all the prophets sent by God including Noah, Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, Jesus and Muhammad. Although Muslims believe in Isa or Jesus they don't think of Jesus as the Son of God the way Christians do.

·  Belief in the Day of Judgment and life after death. The best reward for performing good deeds is getting closer to God.

·  Belief in divine decree. This means that God is all-powerful and nothing can happen without His permission, however, he has given human beings freedom to choose whether to be good or bad. In the end, everyone will be questioned about how they lived in this life.

 

Five Pillars of Islam:

These are guides of daily life for putting the beliefs of Muslims into practice:

1.  Shahadah (declaration of faith) - to bear witness or testify that there is no god except one God (Allah) and Muhammad is His prophet or messenger.

2.  Salat (ritual prayer) - the five daily prayers are performed at dawn, noon, mid-afternoon, sunset and night. The prayers are offered in Arabic language and facing the direction of Mecca.

3.  Zakat (alms tax) - Giving 2.5% of one's wealth to the poor and needy.

4.  Sawm (fasting) - Muslims fast during the daylight hours in the ninth month of the Islamic lunar calendar called Ramadan. The purpose is to remind people of the goodness of what they have and to show equality with the poor. Ramadan is a time for study and self-discipline.

5.  Hajj (pilgrimage) - Muslims believe in making a pilgrimage to Mecca to the Kabah at least once in their lifetime. The Ka-Bah is believed to have been built by Ibrahim (Abraham) and one of his sons. Muhammad restored it to worship Allah. For this reason it is a very sacred place to Muslims.

Mohammad started his religion and spread it very fast at most of the countries of Middle East and South Africa. In 100 years most Christian country of Middle East accepted Islam. The Islam believers were strong warrior or military forces and takeover all these countries. Within 200 years of its raise, it takeover northern Africa, including Egypt and Middle East country including Turkey and Spain and Portugal, and some part Italy and Greece got in to Islam Control. Why their preaching was so fast to spread and destroying Christian community? It was because of the Spiritual weaknesses of the Christian church. They did not have the power to overcome their attack and teaching. Some European countries like Spain and Portugal, and Italy and Greece recovered there Christianity later, but the Middle East and northern African countries could not recover their Christianity from Islamic control, even today.
